Rezen Condos - The 13 storey, 135-unit project is Life Construction and the owner is Times Group Corp. The project also includes 3 levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. The Rezen was designed by Robert Chang Architect Inc.

Each suite has a balcony, laundry facilities and finishes that include porcelain floor tiles, laminate hardwood flooring and berber or sisal carpeting.  The kitchens will feature European cabinetry, energy star appliances and optional islands and granite countertops.  Vessel-style sinks and glass shower stalls in the bathrooms and soaker tubs in the master ensuites. The building will incorporate environmentally friendly and energy-efficient features, such as low flow bathtub and shower faucets, and a green roof.
