Lago Condos was going to be one of the biggest condominium launches this summer. Lago Condos' offset cubes resemble those of the stunning Exhibit project located on Bloor Street.
Future Growth of Area: When investing it is very important to look at what else is happening in the neighbourhood. Humber Bay Park and Mimico has undergone huge transformation in the last 10 years, and there is an increase in retail to support the large number of residents in the area. The pending retail will continue to increase demand in this location.
